Skills, avatar weapons and party buffs
Paid skills and higher ranks now cost 1 copper on the server; free skills stay free. The matching trainer display is included in the next client update. Avatar weapons can be dismantled for feedstock again, and party charm timers now show the remaining duration.

Elite status and Federation Bills
The 30-day Elite voucher is back in the shop for 1,000 Coins. Elite status now persists after relogging, with corrected bonus items. Eligible Federation Bill items convert automatically when added to inventory. Relog to process existing stacks. Federation Bills are a separate currency from shop Coins; their inventory display is prepared for the next client update.

Guild alliances and friend-code rewards
New guilds are no longer wrongly blocked by the six-hour alliance message. The cooldown after actually leaving an alliance still applies. Friend-code milestone gifts now work when gaining several levels at once, including skipping level 40. Missing eligible gifts have also been reissued to affected players.
